Our Returns & Refunds Policy

We want you to feel confident when ordering from Furever Friends. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help within the limits of a fair and transparent policy.

Because our products are shipped directly from fulfillment partners, returns and refunds are handled according to the guidelines below.

Return Eligibility

You may request a return if:

  • The request is made within 14 days of delivery

  • The item is unused, unwashed, and in original packaging

  • The item is not excluded for hygiene or safety reasons

To begin a return, please contact us through the Contact page with your order number and reason for return.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or defective:

  • Pet beds and bedding that have been used

  • Filters, sponges, and water fountain accessories

  • Personal-use items that have been opened or used

This policy helps ensure the safety and wellbeing of all pets.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include:

  • Your order number

  • A clear description of the issue

  • Photos showing the damage or defect

We will review the issue and arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.

Refunds

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method.

Please note:

  • Refund processing times may vary depending on your payment provider

  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item is defective

  • Return shipping costs may apply and are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated

Cancellations

Orders can only be canceled before they have been processed for shipment. If you need to request a cancellation, please contact us as soon as possible after placing your order.
